Cute Nail Polish from Claire's

Claire's Mood Polish:
Left to Right: Calm/Wild, Peaceful/Confident, Shy/Flirty, Silly/Awesome, and Bored/Excited

These nail polishes are really cool and fun to play around with.  I'm really in love with the concept of colour changing nail polish and would really like to try some of the Del Sol polishes; however, they are very expensive.

Anyways, if I were to rank the Claire's mood polish I would have to say Silly/Awesome is my favourite.  It's a really cute baby pink colour when its warm and a slightly darker, but still very cute pink colour when it is cool.

Second place would go to Calm/Wild.  I love how it changes from one colour to another instead of from dark to light.

Third place would go to Shy/Flirty.  Both colours are nice and go relatively well with my skin tone.  Fourth place goes to Bored/Excited.  I find that the cool coral colour is just a little too pale for my liking.

The last polish is one that I regret buying.  Although Peaceful/Confident has a nice cool colour, I find the warm colour to be absolutely atrocious.  It's more of an ugly green colour and I don't find it to be appealing at all. It's very disappointing because your hands are normally warm, so the green would be the colour that is usually seen on the nails.

Overall, I love the concept. They're a good edition to my collection.  I absolutely hate the wear because they chip in a matter of hours.  I personally hate any sort of chip of imperfection on my nails and I usually wipe off a whole manicure as soon as any of my polishes start to chip.  I'm not sure I would recommend these polishes because they are a bit pricey for their size and quality.  I do. however, want to try out the 2 new polishes Mellow/Crazy, which is a lighter/paler version of Calm/Wild, and Lonely/Loved, which is a mermaid blue colour.

The next set of polishes are Claire's scented polish:

From left to right: Cherry, Banana, Strawberry, Orange, Lime, and Fruit Punch

These polishes come in a pack of 6 and retail for around $15 a set.  The bottles themselves are very small.  They actually smell like fruit candies!! Lol. They're adorable and the colours are actually quite nice.  They'll be a great summer polish.  I'm not sure how they wear because I only left the swatches on for a day. At the least, they last longer than the mood polishes.  The cherry is actually very opaque with one coat.  The other polishes do need 2 coats to be opaque, but I never find anything wrong with that.

Overall, they are a bit expensive, but a great addition to my collection.
